The role
As an Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be responsible for providing administrative support across the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) Contract.
Day to day, you'll support 1 supervisor at a time providing administration support throughout the department by raising purchase orders, receipt purchase orders, resolve queries, maintain, and update documentation and systems. You'll also handle service support desk queries and deal with incoming maintenance issues and assign the case to the relevant engineer to be worked.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.

- Respond to and process day to day requests and queries in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner
- Responsible for supporting continuous improvement within the department and contribution towards the RSME contracts continuous improvement target
- Provide cover and deputise for other team members during times of absence
- Carry out any other task deemed within your area of competence
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
