iO Associates are working with a leading consultancy and digital agency in the public sector space. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join and spearhead a new project of work.
There are multiple workstreams on this project, and therefore we are looking for multiple Business Analysts to join this prestigious client.

Responsibilities for this role will include: 
•    Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to identify business requirements, building relationships and clarifying mutual needs.
•    Work with the Product Manager and Delivery Manager to scope requirements 
•    Help the team visualise outcomes and prioritise work.
•    Use agile methodology to identify the best processes or tools to use.
•    Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful transition of projects into live service.
•    Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•    Make sure outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy. 
•    Identify the link between current and future business models.
•    Challenge constructively to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose.
•    Facilitate collaboration and effective communication.
•    Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - balancing workload and priorities according to project goals.

Essential Skills: 
•    Experience of working on agile technical and non-technical projects.
•    Experience of working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
•    Experience using a range of agile tools and techniques to establish requirements for any given project.
