iO Associates have partnered with a leading consultancy to find a Service Architect to work as part of a multi skilled agile team.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience on complex programmes and excellent knowledge of the secure government landscape. You will own the delivery of work packages from design, through prototyping, ensuring the work package meets functional and non-functional requirements.

You will be responsible for the delivery of new & ongoing change to work packages, in response to evolving user requirements.

There are multiple roles available, so we are looking for multiple Service Architects who can join this client.

Skills required:
•    Detailed knowledge of service management concepts and techniques
•    Take responsibility of the service design for the complex delivery
•    Experience of operating model design for major IT systems, and ability to carry out impact assessment of the current models against business requirements
•    Ability to create and develop end to end service designs
•    Creation of relevant documentation in relation to the technical service
•    Use appropriate techniques and processes to ensure business value delivery
•    Engage with a range of multifunctional teams in order to carry out impact assessment of proposed changes.
•    Ability to identify and solve complex problems across multiple stakeholder groups.
•    Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
