iO Associates is working with a consultancy who will shortly be requiring a Change & Communications Manager to join them.

This programme will be working on a People Change programme, where a business unit within the end client will eventually be relocated.

This role is working within the National Security space so you will need to hold eDV (Enhanced DV) for this position.

As well as the relevant clearances in place, an understanding or experience with pure Business or People Change (as opposed to purely Technology change) would ideal for this piece of work.

We’re able to offer flexible working for this role with ideally 2-3 days per week spent with the programme team on site.
