Job brief:
This is not a project specific role but rather working as part of the work winning team completing PQQs, working on bids, and producing marketing information.

What you will be doing
• Reviewing and understanding PQQs and tender documentation.
• Identifying key deliverables, constraints and USPs
• Editing the written work of our technical team to improve its structure and readability.
• Collating, developing, and writing some technical answers.
• Checking that draft submissions adequately answer the questions and sourcing
information to address omissions.
• Designing and preparing bid submission folders
• Using online tendering and planning portals
• Preparing post tender presentations
• Sourcing information, developing, and managing databases
• Tracking market trends for presentation software and materials
• Supporting the Business Development Manager in opportunity tracking
• Undertaking market research
• Inputting information to the Salesforce database
• coordinate that process.
• ensuring the frameworks are monitored for potential opportunities.
• decompose the opportunity requirements and allocate to the various staff members
to complete.
• Create the and communicate the bid calendar.
• Monitor and report progress against those elements.
• Ensure the governance reviews (Gates) are planned, prepared and RODs captured.
• Ensure the Coloured Team reviews are completed.
• Ensure a final proposal is submitted in the correct format by the given date.
This Lead Engineer role offers a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional

• Salary £50,000- £60,000k depending on experience.
• Excellent benefit package with a 10% bonus subject to work performance
targets being achieved.
• The post is Bristol with some the post requires some travel to customer sites
throughout the UK.
